Yes I finally caught up with all the messages on this one,

I have found the owncloudcmd binary from the deskutils/mirall package.

I don't know anything about this package, but it looks like it only provides shared libraries.

>From the PR the other respondant posted, that seems to be the case.  You seem to need deskutils/mirall for the owncloudcmd binary.
