Unable to install "astro/kstars" because "astro/wcslib" fails

I am continuing to have problems getting "astro/wcslib" to install. Now, it
is causing "astro/kstars" to fail also.

The build ends with this line. It appears to be a staging problem, but I do
not know how to correct it.

pkg-static: lstat(/usr/ports/astro/wcslib/work/stage/usr/local/bin/HPXcvt): No such file or directory
*** Error code 74

Stop.
