Request to commit ports/188319 (Update: mail/greyfix to 0.4.0)

If a committer has a chance, I'd appreciate if they'd take a look at PR
ports/188319[1], which updates mail/greyfix to v0.4.0 as well as adding
a man page and cleaning up some cruft in the port itself.
