There is a specific process to request this from portmgr, but frankly I
can't find the documentation that explains how to do it.  I think it
came over a mail list.  If it's not in the porters handbook, it should be.

Somebody else will have to answer the question.  Basically you submit
the request and somebody will take care of it.
