devel/readline: new readline 6.3 breaks textproc/refdb

With the update of devel/readline in r346608 (from 6.2 -> 6.3), port
textproc/refdb gets corrupted (see PR ports/187271).

It is obviously that the new readline breaks the API (missing: Function,
CPPFunction).
