pkg upgrade fails too often

This is planned for the future. Yes it is very annoying and hurts
automation.

Do this before pkg upgrade for this time:

pkg delete -f docbook-xml\* docbook-sk\* docbook\[2345\]\?\?-\* docbook-4\*
