Mk/bsd.gnustep.mk not updated to 0.24

Hi

gnustep-gui and back has been updated to 0.24 (thank you!) but
bsd.gnustep.mk is still set on 0.23

BACKSUFFIX?=    -023
BACKCAIRO=     libgnustep-cairo${BACKSUFFIX}
--
so build fails.
