Solving PORTNAME/PORTREVISION/DISTNAME/DISTVERSION mess

I've almost the same looking diff, with the exception of using simply USE=
shebangs to fix the problem of splitconfig having wrong python path, what's
the preferred method. You can see the patch in the PR I've submitted:

Your pkg-plist adjustment was exactly what I was looking for, though!
