lzmalib is part of FreeBSD >= 8.1.

A simple grep shows that only two ports depend on the port
(archivers/lzmalib):

* p5-Compress-Raw-Lzma
only if /usr/lib/liblzma.so is missing (FreeBSD < 8.1)

* databases/tokyocabinet: if option LZMA is on
even if xz/lzma is in base

But maybe I miss something.
