Upgrade rainloop to 1.7.1(_1)

Hi @ports
 I'm rainloop port maintainer.

 Rainloop was upgraded to 1.7.1 since ~1 week. Here is the fix.

 I also fix permissions on rainloop files to improve installation security (www:www only into datadir) (second patch, revision _1)
