cannot build pecl-pdflib

Not sure, http://pecl.php.net/package/pdflib was down (database error)
at the very moment I was building the port and the package from
distcache.FreeBSD.org did not work.

Now that pecl.php.net is up again it builds fine.

Perhaps the distfile at freebsd.org needs to be checked.
