pkg-fallout USE_PACKAGE_DEPENDS_ONLY and SIGERR?

Hello,

How can I fix following two pkg-fallout notifications?  The one of them 
is about
dependency, another one is SIGERR.  I have no idea how to fix it.  
Please help.
