Help in testing Basho Riak port

Again, updated version with following fixes:

* using %%ETCDIR%%
* deleting /var/db/riak if empty
* patch for GCC 4.2 on 8.3
* fix in riak rc.d script
* erlang dependency changed to specific erlang runtime version to fix
issues with Erlang 16 on the system
