make: don't know how to make makeplist. Stop

Hi.

I'm updating a port after checking it out into a separated directory for 
making my modifications, since my ports tree is not writeable.

coco at x2p:~/froxlor % make makeplist
make: don't know how to make makeplist. Stop

Same, if I try this as root:

root at x2p:/usr/home/coco/froxlor # make makeplist
make: don't know how to make makeplist. Stop

Running this inside /usr/ports/sysutils/froxlor yiels a the expected list.

Here's what I am working on:
