ncurses-devel conflict - pkg upgrade

latest pkg upgrade breaks with message:

pkg: WARNING: locally installed ncurses-devel-5.9.20110507_1 conflicts on
/usr/local/share/misc/tabset/vt100 with:   -  ncurses-5.9_1

What on earth is this error? I de-installed ncurses-devel to see if I could
move forward with the upgrade, but no use.
