CFT mplayer and mencoder snapshot

Hi folks,

I have prepared a recent snapshot of mplayer and mencoder. The port
itself has changed quite a bit, therefore testing and reporting (and
patches if necessary) are greatly appreciated.
The port tarballs can be found here:

Main changes:
- Reduce the number of dependencies (use internal ffmpeg whenever
possible) in mplayer
- Do not build with clang on i386
- Use new options framework
