Dropbox on FreeBSD

Dropbox is a good service. You put files in a folder and it automatically
synchs them across multiple devices.

I can save a document in my dropbox and it appears on my laptop, my smart
phone or my wife's computer. She can update the document and I get the
changes almost instantly, even though we have thousands of files in there.

It works just fine in Linux, Mac and Windows. It's not as well-supported in
KDE/Linux but it still works there.

It's not perfect and it can occasionally glitch and fail to update, or it
can sometimes hog resources trying to compare a lot of files.

I'm really troubled by the lack of BSD support so I'm currently looking for
a good alternative. I'm also troubled by the fact that I'm giving my data
to some corporation and there aren't enough legal protections on my privacy
in the US, imho.

Thanks,
Erik
