Ocaml ports needs love

while Sylvain only needed a few hours to approve the project, I needed
some time to get things started.

I started to port opam to FreeBSD, if you download my Makefile, you will
be able to downlaod and maybe build it — but the build system needs to
be patched. I will spend a few hours on this today and commit my changes.

I also opened up a wiki, to keep track of OCaml software and its state
in the ports.
