What is 'pkfdb -F' in the 'new world'?

I use pkgng (next generation?)



the problem:

Stale dependency: libreoffice-3.5.7_1 --> nss-3.14 -- manually run 'pkgdb -F' to fix, or specify -O to force.

But - what ist 'pgkdb -F' in the new world?
