I wonder how trivial it would be to evolve bsd.github.mk to do something
like the following (or similar)
- If GH_TAGNAME & GH_COMMIT set = do as we normally do
- If GH_COMMIT & empty(GH_TAGNAME) = get specific commit tarball, set WRKSRC
