x11-drivers/xf86-video-radeonhd: NEW_AXORG: fails to install/update

According to entry 20131216 in /usr/ports/UPDATING and using NEW_XORG,
the installation of the radeonhd driver x11-drivers/xf86-video-radeonhd
fails to install with the following error message:
