Maybe -O3 overoptimizes regex in libc e.g.,
$ echo '#if @GNULIB_EUIDACCESS@' | sed 's/@GNULIB_EUIDACCESS@/0/'
$ echo 'aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaxxxaaaa' | sed 's/aaaaaaaaaaaaxxxaaaa//'
