Motif 2.3.4

Hi,

I'm in the process of forking ports/x11-toolkits/open-motif to 
ports/x11-toolkits/motif. The new 2.3.4 version is LGPL 2.1 which may cause 
some folks a bit of gas. Both will coexist in the ports tree. 2.3.3 for 
those who are
averse to GPL and 2.3.4 for those who are not. They've also changed the 
name back to Motif.
