FreeBSD Port: pear-Spreadsheet_Excel_Writer-0.9.2

The port has version 0.9.2 and 0.9.3

Can the port be updated to 0.9.3 or is there any known problem with this 
newer version? Should I write a patch and send PR or are you able to do it?
