Please commit Mk/bsd.compiler.mk.

[usr/ports/]Mk/bsd.compiler.mk is differ from
[usr/src/]share/mk/bsd.compiler.mk.
Ports version accepts another compiler, e.g. CC=icc, but Base version not.
