Update of devel/glade3 and removal of devel/glade2

BTW the filename of the executables are
glade-2 for 2.x
glade-3 for 3.8.x
glade for 3.10.x

and AFAIK, glade2 does code generation, and galde3 does not, though
it's not recommended to use glade2 any more, I think it's still worth
remaining for a while, as it's still working fine.
