make clean removes ${WRKDIR}, which is where the sources are extracted
(usually PORTSDIR/category/port/work).  No magic here ;)

Not sure what was going on here, but it may indicate that the
misplaced stanza doesn't have a catastrophic effect.  It's still wrong
though!
