ports-mgmt/portupgrade - Deprecated?

Hi Phillip,

Your last commit on portupgrade [1] indicates to consider portmaster
instead. What are the thoughts on this? Just the lack of a maintainer?

I was considering writing/submitting a patch to support pkgng with
portupgrade.
