webkit-gtk2 fails upgrade

You should reinstall all the packages that have files installed
into 5.10/5.12/5.14.0, and then remove this directories to not
confuse in future. But i doubt that it has something to do with
your webkit issue.

I just see that devel/icu was updated in the three, are you tried
to build webkit-gtk before this update or after?
