Currently

is defined. According to bsd.sites.mk SF aka SOURCEFORGE resolves to

http://${mirror}.dl.sourceforge.net/project/%SUBDIR%/

But the correct link is

http://sourceforge.net/projects/typo3/files/TYPO3%20Source%20and%20Dummy/
