Time to remove the GNUTLS option in the print/cups-client port

It has become apparent that the:

 [ ] GNUTLS       Build with GNUTLS instead of OpenSSL 

option in the print/cups-client port is not working. Activating it
causes the port build to fail. Perhaps it is time to remove this option
from the port.
