XBMC port

port updated to r34708

- problem in SIDCodec resolved (conflict with libevent event.h file)
- timezone works
- locale works with utf-8 for all
- i disable dynamic module unload, it crash xbmc (may be a thread related
problem)
- python script works: no more crash with recentlyadded or youtube
