I see only two possible ways to fix this problem:
If you have checkouted source tree before, you can use following
command to relocate it:
find /usr/src -name .svn|xargs -n 1 -J XXX sed -i '.bak'

If you can't checkout source tree with wrong url - fix your script,
which check out source tree, but never svn.
