It appears that the upstream provider moved previous versions from downloads/ to downloads/archives
This patch should fix this issue: http://people.freebsd.org/~skreuzer/patches/netxms.patch

Give that patch a shot and if it works out, let me know and I will fix the port in the tree.

Also, please consider adopting this port if you use it. It is currently out of date and does not have a maintainer
so issues like this will keep cropping up as time goes on.
