About snort_inline in FreeBSD port tree

I submitted the send-pr patch for stable a long time ago.  It must not have been committed?  I will resend.

This port is maintained by "nick at rogness.net" whom I've cc'ed. You might
want to consider giving this (and any other ports you're interested in)
a go yourself:
