Your installation was more screwed up than I thought :-)

You can rm -rf /usr/local/lib/php/20060613/ and remove spl and pcre from
 /usr/local/etc/php/extensions.ini

- or -

remove again every php ports, rm -rf include/php lib/php etc/php and
rebuild everything


I think the former should be enough and should produce the same result
as the latter.
