security/gnupg installing pth-2.0.7 causing problems

Something wrong with your system. Noone from KDE/FreeBSD team reports about such bugs.. 
For example, I have pth installed already for all my systems, and py-qt4 always build 
fine.

please show your /etc/make.conf and buildlog with errors.
