sysutils/libcdio provides no cdio_paranoia.0 for ports/devel/gvfs

Do you have /usr/ports/sysutils/libcdio/work?  If yes, remove it
and try the build once again.

Do you really have nothing between "Verifying install for cdio_paranoia.0"
and "Returning to build of gvfs"?  Not even a try to build libcdio port?
