 Can you add more detailed information on your environment?  Packages
 you installed and compat.linux.osrelease sysctl are needed at the
 very least.

 Acrobat 9 works with compat.linux.osrelease=2.4.2 and
 linux_base-fc-4_13 on 7.2-RELEASE.  On other environments it may or
 may not work.
