Seem like the fix from
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/emulators/virtualbox/files/patch-src-VBox-HostDrivers-VBoxNetAdp-freebsd-VBoxNetAdp-freebsd.c
was not incorporated?!

Appart from that, its working for me on 8.0-STABLE r201051.
