is upgrade of devel/lib{tool, tldl}15 to devel/lib{tool, tldl}22 worth it?

I've just done it ('portupgrade -o devel/libtool22 libtool-1.5\*')
without any problems -- but it was on a machine with only a small 
number ( <100 ) ports installed.
