Problem building libX11 from automake, autoconf, etc.

/usr/local/share/automake-1.10/am/depend2.am:   The usual way to  
define `am__fastdepCC' is to add `AC_PROG_CC'

run `aclocal' and `autoconf' again.

I am seeing this when trying to make x11/libX11.  I have rebuilt all  
the auto* ports multiple times and have just pkg_delete[ed] them and  
let them build as dependencies with the same results.
