Hi Tom,

Could you please sent a copy of your email to sem at FreeBSD.org who is
the current maintainer of portupgrade{,-devel} ports?

Also, could you please file a PR via send-pr (do "man send-pr") or
through the web interface ...


... (instructions & such are there)?
