FreeBSD Port: doxygen-1.5.5

Thank you both,

this was very helpful, I have done the rebuild for all ports - qt  
wouldn't rebuild, so I had to force delete it and reinstall from ports.

This appears to have solved the problem below. (I notice it is now  
1.5.6 as well)
