New Ports: OWAMP

Hi all,

I've ported owamp (OneWay PING - OneWay active measurement protocol) to 
FreeBSD ports.

I can upload the code to ports CVS. How can I create an CSV accounting 
to do this?
I can't find this steps on the ports documentation.
