Problems with Twinkle 1.0.4

Hi!

Situation: FreeBSD 7.0-RC1 i386 with all ports installed from cd or
"pkg_add -r <port>". Desktop KDE. Twinkle 1.0.4.

pciconf -lv attached to this email (txt).

System sound works fine, with snd_es137x.ko sound module.

Twinkle:
Wizard and config are fine, and if I read twinkle log, is connected to
my voip switchboard (we use sip). But the yellow star in the kicker
appears in grey colour (not yellow). And if I try to make a right
mouse click over the twinkle logo in kicker, or a double-click,
nothing happens.

/dev/mixer0 and /dev/dsp0.0 has 666 permissions.

The sound hardware is full duplex (I think):
FreeBSD Audio Driver (newpcm: 32bit 2007061600/i386)
Installed devices:
pcm0: <Creative CT5880-C> at io 0xdcc0 irq 18 kld snd_es137x [MPSAFE]
(2p:1v/1r:1v channels duplex default)

Please, anybody could help me? I need this in my workstation for the
day to day work.
