maintainer change for cfengine?

Patches for cfengine port are stacking up.  The port is two versions  
behind, and there are critical bugfixes in those versions.  Can we  
get the maintainer changed for the cfengine ports?

I can do it.  Others have offered.  Anyone who has time to follow up
