timeseal -- bad system call

Installed the 2008-09-23 02:47:00 package to a 7.0 system and ran a 
ktrace giving

I'm not sure how to enable   compat.sigaction   and would appreciate any 
assistance that can be given.  I have a.out compiled into the kernel.
