Please include emulators/open-vm-tools in 7.1 release

The open-vm-tools port has been working fine for months, but at the time 
of RELEASE_7_1_0 tagging of the ports tree there were some pkg-list and 
install problems, so it was marked BROKEN.

Those problems have been solved since several weeks now, so I think it 
would be really a pity non to have a binary package for open-vm-tools 
and open-vm-tools-nox11 in the 7.1 release.
