[PATCH] sysutils/lxsplit, update to 0.2.2.

May I commit it?

- Update to 0.2.2.
- Remove manual strip in post-install, because
   the INSTALL_PROGRAM will strip it by default.
   That way it will respecting my configure for
   I can install non-strip as 100% of my installed
   ports have been compiled with debug symbols.
- Update the WWW.
